Cargo delivery time is 3 (three) business days.

Return Conditions:

Returns and exchanges are possible within 14 (fourteen) days after the cargo is delivered. Exchanges and returns cannot be made for orders exceeding 14 (fourteen) days.

You must ship the product you wish to return or exchange, along with its box, to our Showroom address (Mevlana Mahallesi 775. Sokak No:24 Atakum/ Samsun). 

Your refund will be processed within 3 (three) business days following the arrival of the cargo to us.
