You have the right to return or exchange items within 14 days from the date of delivery. Returns and exchanges are not possible for orders exceeding 14 days.

You must ship the product you wish to return or exchange to our showroom address below, via Yurtiçi Kargo and with its original box:

Shipping costs for returns are covered by the buyer.

Your refund will be processed within 3 business days of the product reaching us. The reflection of the refund in your account depends on your bank.
